  • Custom copywriting beyond the template and extensive design work are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Support is provided asynchronously (e.g., email/messages) unless explicitly stated.

3) Client Responsibilities

To complete your setup, you may need to provide accurate information and timely access (e.g., links, branding assets, required logins or permissions). Delays in providing required information may delay delivery timelines.

4) Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and done-for-you services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun or access has been delivered.

  • If a refund request is made before setup work begins, it may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Once setup work has started, refunds are generally not provided.
  • If you believe there is a genuine issue, contact us and we will review fairly.

5) No Earnings Claims
